Terms of Service

SiteVanity is a website subscription service run by a sole proprietor in Texas, USA. For $19 per month we provide website templates and hosting so independent nail professionals can have a beautiful website of their own. Subscriptions are billed through Stripe and renew automatically each month until you cancel.

You can cancel anytime from the "Manage subscription" button on your Dashboard — no emails, no phone calls, no hard feelings. When you cancel, your site stays live until the end of the period you've already paid for, then it goes offline. We don't offer refunds for partial months.

Everything you put on your site — your photos, your words, your business info — belongs to you. You must have the rights to anything you upload (so please only upload photos you took or have permission to use). By uploading content, you give SiteVanity permission to display it on your website. That's all we use it for.

Your site may not contain anything illegal, harmful, misleading, or adult in nature. If a site breaks these rules, SiteVanity can take it down. We'd rather never have to, but we reserve that right to keep the platform safe for everyone.

The service is provided "as is." We work hard to keep everything running, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted uptime. If something goes wrong, SiteVanity's total liability to you is limited to the amount you've paid us in the last 12 months.

Our prices or these terms may change in the future. If they do, we'll let you know by email before the change takes effect.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
